Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or washed.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Items returned after the 3-day window.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order details and photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Since all orders are placed on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are not applicable in the traditional sense. If a return is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the item with the correct or undamaged product, or
  • Issue store credit for a future purchase.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Welfor will cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
